Leo – Administration Specialist

Leo is an Administration Assistant with several years of experience in reception and client service. She brings a strong passion for finance and a meticulous approach to her role. Her organizational skills and expertise in process optimisation enable her to enhance operations and ensure a seamless experience for both colleagues and clients.

Throughout her career, Leo has worked in reception and administration for hotels across Australia and most recently served as a Client Services Officer for a mortgage brokerage. She has excelled in streamlining workflows and automating processes, leading to increased efficiency in her positions. She takes pride in creating structured solutions that benefit her team and improve overall satisfaction.

Outside of work, Leo loves spending time with her adorable puppy, Piper – who may or may not think she runs the household. When she’s not busy negotiating snack treaties with her pup, you can find her
horseback riding, baking treats that often disappear faster than they can cool, or attempting yoga poses that sometimes turn into an unintentional comedy show.
