Tilly – Administration Specialist
Tilly joins the Dream Team as an Administration Specialist, bringing with her a natural gift for keeping people, places, and processes running smoothly. With her warm light, positive energy, and can-do spirit, Tilly adds an instant spark to the office.
Driven by a love of helping others and a desire to challenge herself, she thrives in roles where she can create order, support her team, and create meaningful impact behind the scenes. Her blend of patience, empathy, and quick thinking (honed after 10 years as a vet nurse caring for animals and their humans!) makes her a perfect fit for Dream.
A self-confessed lover of dad jokes and fluent speaker of sarcasm, Tilly is also a proud Bluey superfan so much so that she enjoys the show even more than her kids do.
Outside of work, Tilly’s heart belongs to her family. She loves making memories with her husband and children, exploring the outdoors, adventuring to new camping spots, and getting lost in a good book.

- Certificate III in Animal Studies
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
