Renea brings over 25 years of experience as an HR practitioner to the Dream Team, having worked across both government and private sectors, and for organisations ranging from small departments to large ones. With strong generalist experience, her particular strengths lie in employee and industrial relations, and she supports businesses across the full spectrum of HR needs, from Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation and compliance to performance management, recruitment, policy and procedure development, learning and development, and workforce strategy.

Renea is passionate about making sure businesses stay compliant with employment related legislation, and about providing advice that is clear, tailored and relevant to each organisation she works with. Level headed and calm in her approach, she places real value on attention to detail, personal integrity and exceptional service.

Outside of work, Renea enjoys reformer Pilates, walking, and the occasional glass of bubbles at the end of a busy week. Known as the “dessert queen” among family and friends, she’s often found experimenting with her latest creation, and her taste-testers are always far too polite to admit when one hasn’t quite landed.
